Through Salute America events
we hope to help in some small
way to create a year round
sense of meaning, a sense of
importance, a sense of
opportunity, a sense of pride
and a sense of destiny in
communities, cities and states
across America.
This is a time to recognize
and remember. This is a time
of vision and hope. This is a
time to take action and to
achieve. We Americans have a
lot to be proud of. We are at
a crossroads of history in
this nation. There is
tremendous opportunity that
requires action to fulfill a
destiny we must only summon to
achieve. Confidence and
ambition with a common purpose
for the common good is the
fuel of the future and if
ideas are the currency of the
21st Century, then
cities, states and this nation
have money in the bank. Unity
in pride with a sense of
purpose are necessary to rally
the destiny that lies before
us and inspired action places
no bounds upon which we can
achieve. Our past is a
harbinger for future success
in meeting the challenges of
the future and to overcome
obstacles we now face and have
met in the past with the heart
of gladiators. We urge all to
become crusaders for
achievement.
